We are hiring entry level Game Designers for both TFT and League!! 🎉🎉 We're looking for Designers that could be great at any of the core design functions on League: Champions, Modes, Ranked/Matchmaking, Balance, Seasonal Updates, etc. We're looking for passionate League players with deep familiarity. You don't need to be a high skill player, but you need critical thinking skills, creativity, problem solving, great collaboration skills, a hunger to learn and grow. Welcoming Career Jumps! We're particularly interested in professionals from fields that use these skills regularly; law, medicine, consulting, finance, engineering, etc. and haven't considered Game Design as an option. Maybe you are working in financial modeling and have a Masters in Math and have interest in Ranked/Matchmaking or are working in Law and could use that systemic thinking/edge case spotting for Game Systems. We are willing to teach for the right talent! I'm sorry for not posting sooner, but please know I haven't missed a word. This has been the top thing on my mind (a lot of our minds) since yesterday. It's important to me that we lead with action first, so until we'd actually pressed the right buttons and made some necessary internal changes, I didn't want to tweet out empty condolences when it's on us to do the hard work here. I want to share some of my thoughts on the topic of player behavior in gaming at some point, but want to pull those thoughts together first.
