@StarbucksUK 811 High Road London, ENG N12 8JR I would not wish for the member staff to loose their job as I hold Starbucks directly responsible for training of their workers against any form of discrimination and particularly treatment of people with special needs.

@StarbucksUK People have to understand that these human beings exist and have every right as every one else. It is on companies such as Starbucks to include these facts in training of their staff and as policies to remind their customes every one is welcome in their stores.

@StarbucksUK I would have expected Starbucks’s attitude and training of their staff toward people with disabilities and special needs would be better than the above.

@StarbucksUK He would always happily seat watch his iPad and drink his food an drink. It’s sad to see no regards, empathy or compassion for other human beings. Yet if a dog barks for as long as they can in your stores we all look at them with adoration which is abseloutly fine.

@StarbucksUK We have never experienced this kind of reaction in any other Starbucks stores. I often visit Hampstead and Golders Green Starbucks with him after a hospital visit for a treat and for him to enjoy himself.

@StarbucksUK When they went to one of your stores. Within couple of minutes of arriving and trying to find a suitable seats as my son is a wheelchair user, the manger approached the carers and told them people are complaining about him.

@StarbucksUK My son’s carers who are incredibly good people and are trained and follow a procedure and care plan related to his autism and special needs felt he was discriminated against.

@StarbucksUK We have recently had quite an upsetting situation with my son and his carers at one of your stores which was very disturbing for us and him.

@StarbucksUK can you please let me know about your disability and special needs policies and how you receive and treat your customers with special needs and disabilities in your stores.
