@Fab_Hunter I'm thinking of situations where 'the text' might have different boundaries depending on the research question: Twitter threads, websites with sub-domains, messenger chats, oral conversations.. Corpus tools require a decision from the start, which can't be modified later on

Does anyone know of work in #corpuslinguistics & #digitalhumanities that critically reflects on textuality? Many tools often enforce a static and immutable notion of text, which is then the basis for dispersion measures, topic models, etc. Any pointers appreciated!
