Stewarding has such low level that they even can't understand when you are exploiting or you are just racing. Drivers getting ban now just for go slightly wide unintended 🤦 @iRacing wake up and get staff who aren't 2 seconds off pace and understand racing and your own game.

@YuriKasdorp Plain biology: In basically any activity, no matter who takes part, the top 100 (and bottom 100 too) are usually 99-100% men. The Y chromosome causes men to be more diverse, more extreme. The top levels of everything, including mental, are and will always be male-dominated.

Why this is a good thing, please read. Yes, fundamentally males or females don't have an advantage in esports. That is not what this is about though. Gaming, and simracing especially is very male dominated. And the sad fact is that girls/women are often discouraged. 1/?
