Honestly, I'm praying Normani doesn't get involved with tributes to any artist anymore; there's always that unbearable fanbase of those artists with their nostalgia-driven speeches that are insufferable. Normani killed it and I'm looking forward to new music, and that's it.

As a creative and choreographer I’ve always said that one of Normanis biggest disconnect FOR ME is that she doesn’t have better styling and branding for her being a pop r and b girlie. She always looks like if you took her mic that she’d blend right in with the dancers. And that’s NOT a good thing. Even using Aaliyah as an example , she was never over the top but there was always lil things and winks that let’s u know she was THEE “IT” girl to look at whether that was all male dancers, her hair, intentionally styling her a certain way from her dancers…. For some reason the intention with Normani is too quiet, I also feel this way about Tinashe, Victoria , Tyla…. All great… but lil stuff like a key earring hair pulled thru the cap for Janet, the blonde hair that beyonce wears nobody else beside ever has, the pig tails for Britney, the cone bra for Madonna…. that make more of a difference than people realize….
