@Wulfboyraff @EmpireLrp I think what I took from my time RPing previously and pulled that in to LARP is that losing is fun. Losing changed a character more than winning because it forces you to switch plans. It’s not a real Empire or real people, just make believe. Fuck it up, lmao

One of the things working on @EmpireLrp that bugs me is the tension between our desire for character choices to matter, but also for players to have fun. We get a lot of "I want to completely change my character yet effectively retcon it so its the same character" emails.
