Nigel Farage is a one trick pony. His divisive and inflammatory comments about immigration is all he has. Is it any wonder he won’t want you to know that net migration has fallen by 82% since its peak under the conservatives and small boat crossings are down by approximately 40% so far in 2026 compared to the same period in 2025. LETS MAKE SURE THE PUBLIC KNOW THE REAL FACTS
Peter Stefanovic@PeterStefanovi2

🚨DESPITE NET MIGRATION HAVING FALLEN BY 82% SINCE ITS PEAK NEARLY HALF OF BRITONS INCORRECTLY BELIEVE ITS ACTUALLY INCREASED! Politicians have now been blamed for skewing the public's understanding of immigration levels. This is a shocking indictment of the abject failure of UK news shows to get the actual facts about net migration across to the public and call out the bull**** by the likes of Nigel Farage. If UK news shows can’t get the job done let’s damn well do it ourselves!

Starmer is showing the unflashy - but vital - virtues of stoicism and steadfastness in the face of all the distractions, underhand attacks and noise swirling around him. His consistence and persistence will be appreciated in time. The poem “If” could have been written for him.

A Reform UK plan to cut the size of the civil service would involve sacking more planning officers *than exist* and getting rid of at least two-thirds of the psychologists who support prison officers’ welfare. They’re a party of evil fucking sociopaths. theguardian.com/politics/2026/…

“AND YOU STILL DARE TO OPEN YOUR MOUTH…” Sasha Legerman: This is too accurate not to share. This Australian’s response to Trump’s rant that “NATO does nothing for America” is absolutely devastating: “Mate. You run a country where 600,000 homeless people will sleep on the streets tonight. A country where 40% of adults can’t cover a $400 emergency without borrowing money. A country where insulin costs more than a car payment, and people ration it just to stay alive. A country where medical debt is the number one cause of bankruptcy. A country where women die in hospital parking lots because doctors are too afraid of abortion laws to treat miscarriages. You imprison more of your own citizens than any country on Earth. More than China. More than Russia. More than North Korea. In the land of the free, 2 million people sit in cages, and a quarter of them haven’t even been convicted of anything. They’re simply too poor to afford bail. Your life expectancy is declining. You’re the only developed nation where that’s happening. Your infant mortality rate is worse than Cuba’s. Your children practice active shooter drills between math and English classes while you sell defense stocks to your friends. Your minimum wage hasn’t changed in 15 years. Your teachers work two jobs, your veterans sleep under bridges, and you just spent a trillion dollars flattening a country that never attacked you. And now a convicted criminal — found liable for sexual abuse, defending a pedophile, sleeping with a porn star, and running the biggest dumpster-fire campaign since the Taliban — is thanking you for yet another disaster. And you call Greenland badly governed? Greenland has universal healthcare. Free education. One of the lowest incarceration rates in the world. Nobody there goes bankrupt because they got sick. Nobody dies in a waiting room because insurance refused treatment. ‘NATO wasn’t there when we needed them.’ When exactly was that, champ? September 11? Because NATO invoked Article 5 for the first and only time in history FOR YOU. Soldiers from dozens of countries deployed, fought, bled, and died in Afghanistan FOR YOU. Australia wasn’t even in NATO, and we still showed up. For twenty years. And then you left at 2 a.m. without telling anyone and left everybody else to clean up the mess. You don’t care that a great nation is being terrorized by your friend, and you haven’t shown it a single ounce of sympathy. So maybe before calling other countries badly governed, take a look at your own backyard, you aluminum siding salesman with a spray tan. The only thing badly managed in this picture is your damn mouth. And you still dare to lecture the rest of the world?”

Trades Union Congress
Reform-led Durham council cut off funding to the annual Pride celebrations. So trade unions launched a fundraiser to save it, eventually raising more money than was cut. Which means this year's Pride will be bigger than ever. In the 1980s, the LGBT+ community raised thousands of pounds to help striking miners and their families. When we stick up for each other, we can achieve anything.

🚨 ZIA VS JENRICK — REFORM IN MELTDOWN 🚨 So Robert Jenrick goes on Sky News and is asked whether Reform UK would deport legal foreign residents living in social housing. His answer? “No, that’s not the plan.” Minutes later, Zia Yusuf storms online basically saying: “Rob won’t be Home Secretary — I will — and I WOULD deport them.” 😂 This is the funniest part: a party with barely 7–8 MPs can’t even agree on a single policy position. Imagine trusting these people to run the country when they can’t even run a consistent press line for one afternoon. 🍿🇬🇧

Please do not add your details to Andy Burnham’s support list. This appears to be more about building political influence than genuine membership support for the by-election. “Thousands of Labour supporters have added their names…” is a classic example of bandwagon pressure, encouraging people to join simply because others supposedly already have. This claim appears exaggerated to create the impression of overwhelming support. It is desperation by Andy Burnham. Do not support Andy’s list. It is built on misleading claims and political manipulation. #StopAndyburham

Viviane: 🌹Labour led by Keir for me
@W44Brian Here’s the wealth taxes. Already collecting £billions. Google it. It’s not hard to inform yourself. Water nationalisation wasn’t in the manifesto. There are solid moves towards EU who dont really want us back with Farage around. They need more than 2 years. 2/3 manifesto done

It’s really simple… - Cap all political donations - Ban foreign donations - Strict conflict‑of‑interest & anti‑corruption laws with penalties - No titles, honours or peerages for donors - No govt contracts for donors - Publish every donation/lobby meeting …that’ll do it

Starmer has smashed it on ‘The London Economic’ Facebook poll of “who do you want to be PM?” Starmer: 11.8k Burnham: 2.2k Fills me with hope, but strange that it’s so different to the other polling, which was supposedly of Labour Party members.

You, John McDonnell, and those aligned with your faction, have spent years seeking to undermine the present leadership of Keir Starmer. Since securing government, Labour has returned to the centre left, which is where it has always needed to stand in order to command the confidence of the country. Your persistent criticism and attempts to drag the party toward a direction that no longer resonates with the electorate serve only to weaken it. The framing of politics through the lens of a bygone era, appealing to an older conception of the working class and to the ideological prescriptions of the last century, is not a credible basis upon which to govern a modern nation. You have long understood that power in this country is won and held by occupying the middle ground of public opinion. Idealism may have its place in theory, but government demands practicality, and the approach you advocate does not align with the realities people face today. The damage inflicted upon the Labour Party through these divisions has been profound. It risks driving members away and creating the very conditions of internal fracture that have undone others. If this is not already apparent, then there is a failure to grasp the seriousness of the moment. The country faces significant challenges beyond its own borders, shaped by global economic and geopolitical pressures, and it no longer possesses the advantages it once did. Against that backdrop, it is evident that the present course is beginning to take effect, albeit gradually, as was always the case. The consequences of fourteen years of Conservative government cannot be reversed at once, and, in truth, some responsibility for their endurance rests with the divisions fostered under figures such as Jeremy Corbyn. The time has come for a measure of honesty and reflection. It would be far better to recognise the harm that has been done, to set aside internal disputes, and to support the current leadership in the task of rebuilding the country. Only through unity can the economy be realigned with that of Europe and a stable, credible future secured for the British people.

Tony Blair doesn’t want Keir Starmer to be replaced but calls for greater focus on policy. BBC main headline on News App lifted straight from Telegraph: Labour has no coherent plan and KS govt is heading in wrong direction. #bbcbreakfast
