The MAGA narrative that the FBI "orchestrated" or "incited" the January 6th Capitol riot collapses under basic logical scrutiny. It relies almost entirely on a massive Fallacy of Composition, a flaw in reasoning where someone erroneously concludes that what is true for a small part must also be true for the whole. In any large-scale gathering, especially involving fringe groups, intelligence agencies deploy Confidential Human Sources (CHSs) or undercover assets for passive information gathering. This is standard law enforcement protocol, not operational control. The conspiracy theory takes the documented presence of a handful of informants and aggressively stretches it to claim the entire crowd of thousands was directed, manipulated, or driven to violence by the bureau. This narrative is also sustained by the post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy (assuming that because federal assets were present during the event, they must have caused the outcome). Independent investigations, hundreds of court filings, and a comprehensive Department of Justice have repeatedly confirmed a critical distinction: * No Authorization: None of the embedded informants were authorized to break the law, enter the Capitol, or encourage violence. * No Coordination: The explicit, documented intent and planning came from domestic extremist factions and individuals acting on election fraud claims, not a top-down federal operation. Legally, to prove government incitement or entrapment, the government must actively implant the criminal design into an otherwise innocent person's mind. Passive intelligence gathering does not meet this threshold. Blaming an entire multi-thousand-person riot on the mere presence of standard federal assets ignores the explicit, publicly stated motives of the rioters themselves, trading actual evidence for a textbook logical fallacy. #Jan6

🚨 Every Republican present in the House Appropriations Committee last night voted to make THEMSELVES eligible to collect from Trump's $1.8 billion January 6th slush fund. I am not making this up. I introduced an amendment to stop Members of Congress, the President, and the Vice President from collecting a single dollar from Trump’s slush fund unless a court actually orders it. Every single Republican who cast a vote was AGAINST my amendment, making themselves eligible for settlement funds. Members of Congress, the President, and the Vice President, have no business lining their own pockets by claiming they were victims of government weaponization. Trump set up this fund, now MAGA Republicans in Congress are ensuring they all can collect from it. That is exactly the kind of self-dealing corruption the American people are sick of.

This is what a Weaponized Biden DOJ looks like.. The Biden DOJ told so many lies on me that were untrue, that it tore my family completely apart. Some days, the absolute worst pain in anguish that you could ever imagine comes over me. Most of you are on here complaining about me asking for $35 million when I literally put the facts in your face of Democrat judges admitting my constitutional and due process rights were violated and I was weaponized against in Washington DC by the Biden DOJ. I’d be willing to guarantee that 99% of you would’ve ended it by now. If you think that this almost hasn’t driven me to do the same, you’d be crazy. There are many days where I wake up and I feel like I have nothing left to live for. And I want to set the record clear… This is not directed at anybody else other than the DOJ. Had it not been for their lies, their misuse of force, they’re overreaching an extend extending power to not just myself, but my family, employees, friends, and anybody else that knew me personally.. Had it not been for the DOJ withholding evidence about FBI agents/informants who literally infiltrated my rescue organization for the purposes of entrapping me on January 6th.. Had it not been for the DOJ infiltrating the crowd to inside a riot.. Had it not been for the DOJ, I might still have a relationship with my children. But because I can point all of the wrongdoing back to the DOJ and trapping not just myself but other American citizens, they must pay and they must pay handsomely. Because there is truly no amount of money, they can fix what they have taken from me. The mental pain and anguish that I deal with on a daily basis is unlike anything that I’ve ever experienced before my life. I thought that upon leaving prison with a pardon, and then Ed Martin dismissing my charges with prejudice, that my life would get better. It has only gotten worse. I cannot get a job just because I’m a January 6 defendant. I cannot get legal representation because I’m a January 6 defendant. I am constantly having my life threatened both online and off-line because I am a January 6 defendant. Whenever I go out, it’s noticeable the amount of eyes that are on me when I go into town. It’s not just me saying something, my parents and anybody else it’s with me at that moment can see it as well. And this isn’t just happening to me. This is happening to January 6 defendant across the board. It would be one thing if we were wrong. But as President Trump said, we were right. And because we were right, and you tortured and abuse us, you owe us big time. I’ve been quiet, long enough, but I’ve been tortured in my mind long enough now.
