"Necromancer" is a new transformation in the Binding of Isaac: Repentance+ you get by having the Missing Page trinket, Missing Page 2, and Necronomicon. It gives you a super powered Necronomicon that you can use 10 times a floor. The charge resets when you go to a new floor.
