Got 1st/28 at the Pace NYC local beating Vitz and EJJ Continuing to think through neutral states very well. Happy to apply that in matchups I used to struggle in Ledge trapping and disadvantage need some improvement Was a pleasure to meet everyone and win another bracket :)

It’s a silly accomplishment, getting top 8 at a local, but little things like this mean a lot to me Felt like a good player for the first time in my life I’m still exceptionally weak, however

7 years ago I entered my first fusion. I went 1-2. I looked at the top 8 with awe of how it would even be possible to get there Today, I finally made fusion top 8 beating Yeast and Sola “Talent is something you make bloom, instinct is something you polish” :)

I actually see it a bit differently. While pursuing your passions is important, it’s also fair for people in your life to have honest reactions, if your girlfriend thought it was lame, that doesn’t automatically make her unsupportive or wrong. Relationships require mutual respect and shared priorities and sometimes a dream that consumes a huge amount of your focus can create real tension. It’s not always about needing blind support; it’s about balance. Devoting yourself to a delusional dream is exciting but having partners who can challenge you or offer perspective can be just as valuable as cheerleaders.

in college I became obsessed with smash I wanted to go to tournaments, commentate games, and make videos about it my girlfriend at the time thought it was lame as hell and we broke up shortly after there’s beauty in dedicating a portion of your life to a delusional dream but you need people in your life who will support you

@ThassGamer Fresh morning dopamine receptors are so much more powerful than people realize. When do you think you’re going to learn more, you after fresh sleep or you after working the entire day? So much easier to build good habits I will become stronger. The world can be more beautiful

I know not everyone is a morning person and its not always feasible but these past few brackets I've felt very alert and more in control of myself in-game and while I've changed a lot to get there like 60% of my improvement has come from 6 am friendlies @FaderDB a beautiful world

Why you should start a 6 am practice session with a training partner: - standardizes sleep with something you care about - provides accountability partner to lock you in - you have the rest of the day ahead of you - wakes you up - pretty sunrise :3
