I am pleased to announce that the second cycle of the AUB Next Generation Leadership Academy has been launched today. The AUB Next Generation Leadership Academy aims at ensuring that annually, 20-25 individuals from the campus and medical center are exposed to the foundations of university administration and leadership skills in the first year, followed by continued development and coaching where needed.
