ImPACT Testing: Softball/Baseball- 2/13 Track - 3/12 & 3/13 Tennis- 3/22 Meet outside ATR @ 2:30 No physical activity 2 hr before test Make sure you eat lunch and are hydrated

Even though there are no practices today make sure to complete rehab exercises at home!

ATR time 12/26- 9:30am -12:30pm at Baker

Training Room hours for 11/25: 7:45am-9am at the High School then 9:15am-10:30am at Baker.

Training room will be open from 2-5 at Baker today.

Anyone having trouble completing Oneview, make sure you come to the parent meeting tonight at 6pm.

Girl Basketball players that are missing Impact or Oneview need to come in an hour early to practice to complete them.

Treatments are after school until about 3:30 and then we move over to Baker. This will continue for the rest of this week.

Treatments start at 1:30 today.
