Day 1 World antibiotic awareness week - Great talk from Andrew @IV_Nurse and @BBraunUK at IPS IV forum on the importance of flushing through the giving set to ensure all the antibiotic dose is given to the patient…correct dosing and completed treatment courses #education

We explain to our patients needing dialysis that when possible, a fistula is the most durable and effective form of vascular access. Well here is living evidence! Our patient had his fistula made in 1975 and it’s working perfectly. @ImperialNHS
