Be Innovative – Technologies like Skype & Zoom allow us to connect. Tips to be effective when having meetings using technology include sitting close to your computer, muting yourself when you aren't talking and staying engaged throughout the call. #TrainingTuesday

Be careful consuming too much news, it can be overwhelming. Set a time limit for yourself & stick to it. Pick the cleanest and most honest ways to find the FACTS, get your updates and then shut it off. A few reliable sources for info are @CDCgov and @WHO #MindsetMonday

Coaching Tip: Remain calm under pressure - There’s no way to remove unpredictability from day-to-day life. The only thing you can control is the way you react when stressors present themselves. Remember to remain calm & that will help to keep those around you calm as well.
