I am pleased to announce that our dear institution and football team, @Ranchers_Bees has gained promotion to the Nigerian Professional Football League. Indeed, this symbolises ‘a rebirth of a legacy, the reward for belief and the beginning of a new chapter. Despite the challenges associated with the growth of Nigeria’s Sports Industry, we have collective strived to elevate a historic institution while providing a more positive alternative for young people. As the Member representing the wonderful of people of Kaduna North, this has been a privilege I will never forget. We will always encourage passionate youth to venture into sports, entrepreneurship in order to avoid falling victims to the unemployment trap that leads to thuggery, banditry, cybercrimes and other nefarious activities. I must extend my gratitude to the management of the team, the entire staff under the able leadership of our amiable President, Nura Mohammed, my friend and the Chairman of the Kaduna State Football Association, Faisal Abdullahi @FaisalTozo. But most of the credit must go to our majority owner, a gentleman, a compassionate leader, an marvellous football player and a patriotic Nigerian, @Sadiq_Umar19 of @ValenciaCF_EN. Personally, sports was the only area I was yet to touch, I am proud to say we have now. It is fulfilling.
