During a Joe Rogan Podcast with Jordan Peterson, this exchange stuck with me, which here, again, you are doing. Telling us basic facts , as if we needed leading scientists and doctors to tell us too long forgotten, basic truths. I was able to locate it the transcript for you. Keep up the good work, even if it seems ludicrous that we should need to be told such simple, obvious truths. Joe Rogan: "But to point out the fact that there are differences between men and women is thought of as being sexist... Why do we even have to say this? Why is this something that needs to be stated? It's so obvious." Jordan Peterson: "No serious scientists have debated that like for four decades. That argument was done by the time I went to graduate school. Everyone knew that human beings are not a blank slate, that biological forces parameterize the way that we think and feel and act and value. Everyone knew that. The fact that this has become somehow debatable again is just, especially because it's being done by legislative fiat—they're forcing it. To me as a scientist, it's just... We've reached a point in time where we need our most learned professors to tell us basic truths. - Episode #1070

Loved his "What is a Canadian" - "A free person" [not ethnicity] - "Government needs to do give things well, and the rest they need to leave to the people of Canada" - How did Canada not elect this guy... unless Canadian's think themselves different? Big government socialism? Zero Tarrifs and friendly neighbors, not idiotic idealogy.

I made this pic with Grok Imagine, and honestly, I wouldn’t be able to tell it was AI-generated if someone showed it to me. 😳

@Will2PhotoWell I used blow through 36 shots to get "the one", shooting hydroplabes traveling 200mph and using 1/30th of a second. Worth wasting 35 to get that one sharp image. Like this one.

Democrat Sen. Fetterman just called out CA Gov. Newsom for his attacks on Nick Shirley: “Shouldn’t we agree - eliminate all the waste?… Why can’t you celebrate any journalist or activist doing that?”

@DineshDSouza If there is anyone with a "Democrat" label on them, which could save the party, there is only one man that could pull it off. The man who can "hold ground" against the worst enemy to democracy, " the so-called" Progressives.

@Concern70732755 Everyone has a right to shoot a legit criminal intruding into your home. However, having "the right" to kill doesn't mean its "the right thing" to do. Don't hesitate to do "the right thing". An armed intruder is inviting death, almost every time.

Failure to "give thanks" is the seed of the cancer of every evil mankind has ever endured. One of the most profoundly written progressions from this one "lacking" is recorded in an ancient letter from a follower of Jesus to a church in Rome. "Romans 1". Read how it starts, look how it evolves, see how it ends...

Japanese actor Hiroyuki Sanada spoke about the contradictions of human nature: “Some people dream of having a swimming pool at home, while those who have one hardly ever use it. Those who have lost a loved one feel a profound sense of loss, while others often complain about their living relatives. Those without a partner long for one, while those who have one often don't appreciate it. The hungry would give anything for a meal, while the satiated complain about the taste of their food. Those without a car dream of owning one, while those who have a car are always looking for a better one.” The key to happiness is gratitude: truly seeing and appreciating what we already have, and understanding that somewhere, someone would give anything for what we take for granted.

What does "By the people and for the people means" mean when lawmakers support lawbreakers? This administration broke wide open the cruel and insane truths, that taxpayers are gullible resources to fund anything a crooked politician wants, as they are the masters of deception, misdirection, especially with out money. We need stronger anticorruption laws, and lawmakers willing to see it done. We "the People" cannot ever tolerate corruption in OUR government.

And you don't sue people making light of your [not] smoking.. Don't let lawyers ruin Grok. Society needs to grow up and accept that "the era of deepfakes" are upon us. Admittedly, slander and libel laws have ALWAYS shared a proper respects for painting humor and political pasties on people of power. Punishing software designs, because it can do what it is told to do?. AI is a tool. Confiscating or damaging the functionality of tools is the wrong approach. I just think maybe it would be cool if we just let liberty loose, and let people take responsibility for the harms they do with "the tool". AI can't hurt anyone unless a human pulls a whole lot of "prompt-triggers".

Grok Confirmed "Historical precedents often cited include the 1915-1917 Armenian Genocide, where Ottoman authorities disarmed Armenians before killing 1.5 million; Nazi Germany's 1938 gun law restricting Jews, preceding the Holocaust's 6 million deaths; and Rwanda's 1994 genocide, where Hutus disarmed Tutsis, resulting in 800,000-1 million fatalities. Russia, Cambodia, China and ... yeah, a whole Lotta slaughter following disarmerment.

Soooooo true. I had a 1978 suburban filled with hot-lights to do interior photography, cuz I was in my twenties and couldn't afford strobes. But I had so much better control over the intensity, softness, I could find subtle grain texture in wood and so much more. I also had to wrap all the fluorescent bulbs in color correcting gel, to tungsten 5200 K, then use 5200 K bulbs, so I could use film capable of shooting through f45, and not suffer reciprocity failure and get perfect color. Too many all nighters. A younger man's work that was.
