I am saying this again, India is no longer a country for free and fair business, nor a land of creative freedom. You invest your hard-earned money to build something from scratch, and suddenly 2-rupee Bajrang Dal goons show up at your doorstep to shut it down, just because you try to create a neutral space or say something that doesn’t fit their politics. The attacks on Piyush Bansal and Namita Thapar will push a whole generation of entrepreneurs to leave India. Economic growth depends on a strong ecosystem, and when people don’t feel safe to build or speak, why would anyone stay? On one side, Hindutva goons. On the other, what does the government offer? High taxes, constant Income Tax and ED notices, harassment of the very people trying to create jobs and value. And let’s be clear, this doesn’t happen without political patronage. BJP cannot deny that these mobs are part of the ecosystem that benefits them. You build something, and one day 100 unemployed goons can walk in and destroy it. Is this the environment we want for business and innovation?

When Sr Adv Guruswamy cited it is widely published the newspaper the CJI Surya Kant said "We can't make fishing enquiry." She then requested that the addition of new voters in this manner was not allowed. CJI gave no heed. 🔵 The judgment on the constitutionality of this very exercise SIR is gathering dust somewhere and you couldn’t deliver it in time. 🔵 90 plus lakh voters deleted. You couldn't do anything. 🔵 New Voters have been added through FORM 6. Everyone knows it, has seen it, reported it. You could've brought the truth to your table by tomorrow morning if you wished it. When 12% of a state’s population is being asked to stand in line to add their deleted names, lakhs of names are allegedly added in the dark. But this not concern for the Supreme Justices despite they are now being the acting administrator in this process. There is a quote - Democracy is not killed in the streets; it is strangled in the courts. Seriously this country will never forget the priests of Supreme Temple of Justice in the last one decade.

Indians like us who believe in justice are shocked that Supreme Court has dismissed a review petition filed by Umar Khalid denying him bail. Why? Because SC has more faith in controversial Delhi Police that's implicated him in a conspiracy but can't prove anything — for years!
