The foremost issue here is leverage: why would Trump give up what he has over Iran (the blockade and threat of further war) to extract what he wants (uranium and nuclear concessions) *before* he gets it?

If true, I can’t see the president ever agreeing to something like this. Nuclear has to be on the table — everything else is a waste of time.
