Thinking this was a Monday morning joke, I asked how could I print a returns label when I didn't have a printer? Brief silence... that's a good point he says! You'll just have to ask someone esle to help print it for you! Thank you for the solid advice, much appreciated 👍

@JohnLewisRetail take a bow. Your customer service agent did a brilliant job with exchanging a broken printer. He had an immense sense of humour. I loved it when he told me I had to PRINT a returns label and stick it to the box before it could be picked up by a courier.

Top Domestic Hint: If your partner is a barrister, make a list of “little jobs” that need doing round the house and present said list when barrister says grumpily “ I have got paperwork to do”. Barrister will happily do ALL the things on the list and more to avoid the paperwork.
