@Tazerface16 In most cases, yes. A lot of places though tend to shut the movie off about 15-20 minutes in (after trailers) if nobody shows up. This is especially true if it's the last screening of the day and the employees just wanna go home.

Question for movie people: If nobody buys a ticket for a screening, do they still play the movie? 🤔

@notgwendalupe Remembering that at some point, they had to remove the song for streaming services and so this entire sequence played without any music and was just filled with screaming.
