Haven’t qued into a resto shaman in 3 weeks, class finally gets buffs… *does not apply to PvP combat. I wanna be in the meeting where someone calls out and says shaman don’t need those buffs and everyone agrees. Some 12 hundo dev sit in a earthgrab too long? wtf lol

@Lontar_wow I wouldn't count on it. Expecting anything from the people that put "does not apply to pvp combat" on the 8% rsham buff is insanity

If there arent more PVP tunning tonight idk what to think anymore

tuning team, once again, should be embarassed for how awful they are at their jobs. this is not even specific to pvp or pve. BOTH are atrocious. imagine scheduling tuning and you deliver this garbage. and now we get 0 tuning til awc/mdi are over. gg

@leekatv Pve tuning is done for the tier so unfortunately that means pvp is done as well

literally what is the point of getting patch notes a week early if were gonna be on update D (so far) for pre-patch and GGG is shoving last minute landmines into these updates . My built up faith in this league launch is wavering

@leekatv I think I may have figured this out. The increased amount (50%) is only applied to the chains (which are reduced by 30% per) and not the initial hit. Snip#1 -Lively totem chain heal Snip#2 - Casted chain heal: Lively chain is ~50% more than the casted chain.

Few Rshamans have asked me if Lively Totems PvP buff went through. There are 5 spells with this name on wowhead. id: 445034 appears to be the one actually tied to shamans id: 458221 got the PvP buff, but listed as uncategorized spell. /shrugs. Who knows?

I picked up healing recently. What the HECK IS THIS BLIZZARD?! How does my MMR go DOWN after a 5-1win at only 1800??? Is this a bug?
