Two days of #Swordtember2022...
Day 15, Dual-Purpose. A sword-and-plunger wielded by the cleaners at a wizard school while unclogging the drainpipes in alchemical labs.
Day 16, Shell. Lost control of form and ran out of energy to fix it... so have a half-formed shell sword.
#Swordtember#Swordtember2022 Day 12, Woven. Wielded by villagers living in a swampy forested habitat, this blade is good for scything through verdant grass, and defending against opportunistic predators waiting inside the undergrowth.
Inspiration: basket weaving
#Swordtember#Swordtember2022 Day 10, Snake. Wielded by a clan of forest warriors, whose tattoos envenom their blades.

#Swordtember#Swordtember2022 Day 9, Floral. Arranged by florists - the blacksmiths of their world - for formal duels of flowers, where scent and beauty are deadly. I was testing out painting with greys in this one.
#Swordtember#Swordtember2022 Day 8, Veined. Custom-forged and wielded by a vampire mercenary, who gets paid in money and the blood of her employers' foes.
#Swordtember#Swordtember2022 Day 7, Mirror. Wielded by human allies of the Fauna of Mirrors, against our reality. Inspired by a story from The Book of Imaginary Beings, by Jorge Luis Borges.
#Swordtember2022 Day 5, Edible. "Nothing like a bit of liver pâté to go with this sharp, biting Asiago cheese." Wielded by gourmands who want their charcuterie extra fresh...
