Busy weekend on call. Lots of experience monitoring and responding in the new FDO role. Hats off to the operational crews, control staff, mechanics and support staff who helped resolve multiple protracted incidents over the last few days.

Great to see the Pre Recruitment Engagement Programme (PREP) being embraced across the length and breadth of the country. Our @fire_scot On Call firefighters are so important to us and this is just one of many initiatives we are introducing to aid recruitment.
