Earlier this month, Falmouth Public Schools began its 2022-2023 school year. Here’s more from convocation, where students and teachers came together to celebrate the start of school.

Due to current road conditions, the Falmouth Public Schools will have a 2-hour delay today, February 14, 2022. There will be no morning PreK or YMCA before school.

Due to road conditions, power outages, and additional time needed for cleanup, Falmouth Public Schools will be closed on Monday, January 31st. All before and after school activities, including the YMCA are also canceled. Please stay safe.

Due to the impending storm, there will be no school tomorrow, Friday, 1/7. All before and after school activities, including the YMCA program are also canceled. Our priority is to ensure the safety of our students and staff at all times.

There will be no school on Friday, October 29. Power outages remain widespread, and several schools are without power. Debris, downed trees, and live wires make it difficult to restore power. We will provide another update when we have more information to share. Please be safe.

It's the first day of No Guff Week! Falmouth's annual "No Guff" celebration has a long history that reached its milestone 20th year. At the start of No Guff Week, we hear more from one of the founders of "No Guff", Greg Gilbert, about how this tradition got its start.

The month of April is Occupational Therapy Month. Please take a moment to thank the therapists in your building for their support and dedication to our Falmouth students.

Our local @OSJobLot has generously donated a variety of PPE supplies for the school district. We are so thankful to be a part of such a caring community and we appreciate everything that is being done to support our schools.

Due to staffing coverage issues, Thursday 3/25, is a Remote Day at FHS. All students will remain at home and log into their Thursday classes remotely. Even though Thursday is a Remote Day for all students, after school sports practices and games are still scheduled.

Don't forget! There is no school Friday, March 19th due to a Professional Development Day.

We will begin school tomorrow, Monday, February 8th on a 2-hour delay. There is concern with overnight freezing and we need to allow DPW additional time to have all roads cleared prior to the school buses running. There is no morning pre-school and no YMCA before school programs.
