Managed to implement the iNES MMC1 mapper (001) in my nes emulator. I am now able to emulate games such as The Legend of Zelda etc!

Been trying to come up with a good way to generate these forest-themed maps, and I'm leaning towards perlin noise shown here.. I just need to guarantee that all areas are reachable by foot
