Today is FOMC, and I’ve already taken 2 stop losses. That means I’ve reached my loss limit for the day, so I’m not taking any more trades. I respect my rules and my risk management. No more trading today. I’ll make money tomorrow because I have the knowledge and discipline to stay in the game.
