Just reminds me how the field I've picked is going to get me belittled by my doctor colleagues AND patients who have let themselves be convinced that nurse practitioners have some vendetta against safe healthcare.

But I had a Pain Dr say less than 10 yrs ago that he didn't believe I had ANY pain @ all. Whatev! arsehole. I need💤 been awake 32hrs. Thx! Any book offers? HA!

Complex long story.

@DavidMurrayd11 Illicit opioids are the real reason for the increased opioid deaths. Prescriptions aren't the cause anymore.

@thedollmari @MANlCBITCH @moneyymaya The grapefruit juice blocks the enzyme that metabolizes the meds so if the drugs aren’t getting metabolized in your stomach they stay in your blood leading to too much drug in your system

This is going to be who enters the room to make decisions for us. They are all over the place on TickTock bragging how they want to practice medicine but not miss out on the front of their 20s. Oh that’s exactly what medicine needs!🙃

Especially when we have very good analgesics and accept that we CPPs will be dependent on these meds. Dependence is NOT ADDICTION.
