@yougotfam I ordered my fam X card on 29th of April 2023 and it was asking to deliver in 7 - 10 days, but today it's 18th May 2023 and I haven't gotten my card yet. Have we got fraud Or what please help!!! I also tried to connect you through your Instagram DM,but got no reply.

@yougotfam I am very disappointed by your service. It's been 2 weeks I didn't get famcard. And I had some money in the old account which was deleted but the money was safe later I transferred that money to my bank account still it's pending.!! @FamAppSupport

@yougotfam @DrRituS90885459 Pls sort my issue .... I had paid 499rs for famcard and then a month later you guys disabled it and now asking to get a new FamX card for 299rs yearly ..... it should be you guys who should give me a new card as I had already paid you for that

@yougotfam I did atransaction on 31st jan but i still haven’t received that in my wallet i have reached out to support team many teams and every i get that my issue has been escalated with concerned team but its been almost 3 months and i have got no update whatsoever.
