@FamilyMobile Your service person shut off my wife's phone when all we where trying to do is switch number on my daughter's phone. The service lady sounded like she was riding a train while taking to us. The ringing was so loud could barley understand her

@FamilyMobile We've been through this every month. Clearly you're not going to resolve it. next month the line I added to my line will be primary again, and the autopay will pay for that, and cut my phone off because you won't put both of them on autopay and somehow mine is secondary.
