My entire account was illegal suspended for over 1 year by @palmpay_ng going against there terms and conditions. I have written latter to @cenbank on customer protection and will take full legal action against @palmpay_ng if this situation is not addressed in next 6 days.

PUBLIC NOTICE to @PalmPay_NG My PalmPay account has been unlawfully frozen since 10 September 2024 over a disputed ₦32,000 transaction. PalmPay already deducted ₦23,000 from my balance, yet for over one year the account has remained frozen and my legitimate funds (₦160,000) are being withheld. This indefinite freeze is a violation of CBN consumer protection regulations and my rights under the banker–customer relationship. Take notice: If my account is not unfrozen and my funds fully released within 7 days, I will commence legal action and escalate this matter formally to the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Consumer Protection Department (CPD).
