I honestly don't understand the criticism about not kissing during the proposal. It make sense when you realize Thee was livestreaming it to thousands of people. There is no way Peach would be comfortable with that level of PDA. And then with the wedding they did kiss but privately and not in front of guests. Like yes it's normal to kiss during a wedding ceremony but TheePeach are not a normal pair. It felt in character for them to keep their intimate interactions behind closed doors which is why I didn't complain about the hug.
