@FanBaseCopilot is now featured on the 𝕏's developer exhibit! Mr. @grok listed us under "Bots and Automations" - and since "AI bots" can have a negative connotation, that's a good opportunity to share how I think about AI sitting between a brand, a creator and their audience. If you want to skip the ramble, just check out the link in the comment and go give us a like on the dev exhibit 🫶🏼 - Our mission is to help brands and creators keep their relationship personal (and under control) as their audience grows on socials. - That gets harder fast though. The consistent feedback we get from users we talk to is that there's a tipping point after which reading hundreds of comments and filtering through DMs becomes impossible. - So that's where AI should come in, automating the daily, small recurring requests and questions, and letting our users focus on the interactions that actually matter. - I also think prompting equals poor UX though. If a user has to prompt, it defeats the purpose of AI being a helpful assistant in the day-to-day workflow. We're slowly trying to erase that from our app, with our in-app AI assistant proactively detecting comments and DMs worth a reply, and suggesting responses the user can review. - Tl;dr, automation remains a must-have for brands and creators with growing audiences who need a hand handling the volume of inbound they get. AI should make busywork faster to deal with, so their time gets spent engaging with their audience instead.
