@FanTheCan especially since it’s a translation issue! in japanese ame says 恋人 which can be used for both genders since it’s neutral, so they couldve translated it as lover or partner instead of exclusively using masculine here ;;

@raincandy_girl I used to constantly argue that if you get mad at someone for making P-Chan a specific gender because of your headcanon you’re doing it wrong because official media has never had a concrete answer for what P-Chan is in general, not even just gender-wise and this ruins that idea.
