Thank you to everyone who reached out and shared your thoughts with me over the past few days.
Because of you, I’ve come to understand the true meaning behind this hand signal. I’m deeply sorry for using it without knowing what it represents. While it was never my intention to hurt anyone, I understand that my actions still had an impact.
I’ll continue learning from this experience and be much more mindful going forward.

In the past, some of our artists may have used this gesture without fully understanding its true meaning or context. While there was no inappropriate intent, we recognize that such actions may still have caused misunderstanding or impacted those connected to this issue. We believe this is an important lesson for all of us and something we must continue to learn from and approach with greater care. We would like to sincerely thank everyone who took the time to share their perspectives and educate us with good intentions. We believe that conversations and education around issues like these benefit not only our artists, but also help raise awareness and understanding within society as a whole. Moving forward, we will continue strengthening the way we educate and support our artists, so they can grow as responsible public figures and communicate with greater awareness, sensitivity, and care. It’s like when someone keeps saving the conversation for "another day" until the connection slowly slips away. The real loss here isn't just the jewelry, but the fading connection and intimacy.
Namping often shares music from artists who are openly supportive of the LGBTQ+ community or are part of it themselves. Previously he posted Kehlani's music, and now Malcolm Todd, an artist whose fanbase includes many queer listeners and who is often praised for creating an open, inclusive atmosphere around his work.

Protecting your artist is your basic job responsibility, yet you still fail to recognize how wrong your remarks are. We are under no obligation to listen to your ramblings about work‑related matters here. You clearly lack basic self‑awareness of what should and should not be said.
Your reckless reposting of shipping rumors involving your artist and posting misleading, suggestive content prove you are unqualified for your role. You constantly bring personal biases into your work, dragging your artist and agency into your biased narratives as a result.
You dodge the core issues entirely. There is zero sign of remorse in your statement; instead, you keep speaking with forked tongues, fueling misunderstandings among international fans toward Chinese fan communities.
The primary reason this event got canceled was your failure to properly obtain work visas and complete approval procedures—why not state that directly? Instead, you blame groundless accusations on a handful of sasaeng fans. Sasaeng fans do not have the power to get an entire event canceled single‑handedly. The real root cause is your shoddy, unregulated operations, practically equivalent to illegal work arrangements.
If your domestic fanbase were that robust, why would you keep coming to China to make money month after month? You cannot bear to give up the Chinese market, yet you keep smearing it repeatedly.
We have never endorsed or supported the sasaeng industry. For a country with such a large population, such incidents are inevitable and cannot be fully prevented by anyone. Respect is mutual. If your artist wants smooth work opportunities and profits, and treats Chinese fans with the same kindness they show international fans, Chinese fans will always be willing to support them financially. We are happy to spend money on who we stan.
However, if your staff continue bringing personal grievances into professional work, you will only create trouble for your artist.
Lastly, Chinese fans welcome your artist to hold events in China anytime. That said, please secure all proper work visas, complete all official approval processes, and carefully vet your partners. Sort these out, and there will be no more of these problems.
