@Eskom_SA And why is that servive charges are not % based. E.g. you take 10 % or a percentage of the electricity bought? Do you know how painful it is to use your last rands hoping to get units and the next thing you get zero's? Surely that shouldn't be legal or even allowed. @Eskom_SA

@Eskom_SA please explain this? How do you charge a customer R291 in utility charges when buying prepaid electricity? Where in the world is this acceptable? In a country where the cost of living is this high, what if this is my last R300 that I have to keep the lights on?
