Noelia Castillo didn’t want to die yet.
She asked her killers to delay her death but they had plans, and ignored her requests.
Last Thursday evening they gave her an anaesthetic, harvested her organs then, having ripped everything out of her, and rendered her body useless, they murdered her by lethal injection.
That’s right- I’m not calling it suicide, and I’m most definitely not calling it health care.
This was cold blooded murder for material gain.😡

Noelia avait une tendance suicidaire et des troubles psychiques. Les parents de Noelia auraient en outre fait l’objet de pressions pour ne pas retarder l'euthanasie, car la procédure de prélèvement des organes était déjà prévue. En outre, selon Selon Polonia Castellanos, des militants pro-euthanasie siègent à la fois dans les commissions chargées de décider de l'euthanasie, et dans celles chargées de superviser les transplantations. Noelia a été tuée par injection létale jeudi 26 mars 2026, à 18h, faisant simultanément l'objet de prélèvements d'organes. Tout cela est extrèmement grave, mais n'est pas étonnant au regard de l'histoire de l'euthanasie au XXe siècle. There's a very common form of military cope, which states that "country X could definitely conquer country Y, except it lacked the political will for that". This stems from the professionalisation of militaries, falsely separating the operational conduct of wars from the strategic.
Politics and warfare are not two distinct activities; war is fought for political ends. For most of history, military leadership has strongly drawn from a state's political leadership. Political "will" - which to a large extent means being able to obtain popular consent for the necessary material and moral privations of warfare - is a military resource just like ammunition even if it is much harder to quantify.
If the political system of country X can't generate sufficient consent for its objectives, then it isn't conquering country Y. Being theoretically able to kill everyone in Y is useless if X's soldiers are going to frag their officers, or X's munitions workers are going to strike. Militaries that take no account of this are failings their politicians as much as the usual accusations vice-versa.

In Texas a hospital administrator or a district court judge can make you an organ donor without your permission. When I tried to change this, the director of the largest OPO came to my office and yelled at me: “It doesn’t matter what their wishes are, they’re dead, OK?!! We’re either going to put them in the ground or take their organs and then put them in the ground!!”
Of course my bill did not pass, it never stood a chance, despite strong support from @TXRightToLife. The lobby for this and the financial entanglements are strong. But maybe it’s time to try again?

Euthanasia was supposed to be for terminally ill people that were suffering horrific pain & now young people are being killed for their organs. A man with seasonal depression was recently MURDERED. This is now simply an organ harvesting operation. They will receive $8 MILLION for Noelia’s organs.

When Noelia was just 13 years old, her family fell into extreme financial hardship.
Despite her parents' protests, she was placed into state care by Catalonian child protection services (protección de menores).
In 2022, whilst Noelia was living in a state-supervised facility, she was gang-raped by migrant "minors". The Spanish MSM refer to them as MENAs - Menores Extranjeros No Acompañados.
Noelia, who has severe learning difficulties, was so traumatised that she attempted to take her own life, jumping from a 5th floor balcony.
She survived but suffered a severe spinal cord injury, leaving her paraplegic with chronic, irreversible pain and ongoing physical and psychological suffering.
After years of legal battles and and contrary to the pleas of her father, Gerónimo Castillo, Spanish courts have agreed to her request to be euthanised.
Still only 25 years old, Noelia's life will be ended by the same government who took her from her family and placed her in the presence of monsters.

Noelia Castillo Ramos is 25. After a life marked by abuse and sexual assault, and a suicide attempt that left her paraplegic, she is scheduled for euthanasia. And this is where we are. A wounded woman, in pain and despair, is told death is a solution. We call it compassion. It is not. It is surrender. A culture that cannot carry the broken will eventually eliminate them. That is not dignity. That is despair dressed up as mercy. The defense of life must be wider. It cannot stop at the unborn. It must stand for the violated, the disabled, the suffering, the forgotten. Otherwise, we simply change who we abandon. And let us be honest: doctors are skilled, but they are not moral authorities. The same hands that heal can also be trained to end life. Skill is not wisdom. Noelia did not need death. She needed protection, love, constancy, and meaning. Life belongs to God. We do not restore dignity by consenting to death, but by refusing to abandon the wounded.
