SOMETHING FOR THE SUMMER…. I As you know I got involved with this last time round and it was great for me personally for my health both mentally and physically, I’m still walking everyday and I’m currently on 106 consecutive days walking with no rest days doing a minimum of 5k everyday….. So Grant at @FansTo5k is thinking of doing a “Local League” where clubs can register their clubs and players, fans etc can compete against other clubs over a period of time to get the bragging rights, obvs this is a free initiative but would be a great idea to get you fit in the off season and ready for when football returns in August…. It’s a great way to be competitive at a friendly level, and if local clubs get involved you can also rival your rivals through exercise whilst getting fit ready for football…. Any clubs fancy getting on board give @FansTo5k a message and speak to Grant for the information…. Who will I represent this time round… 👀 #FW #FansTo5K
