@A_SquaredProd @KevinLamb74 I guess, George insisted on Ahsoka wearing a boob tube. So I guess he was already checked out by then and only in it for the lols.

The opening scenes of Revenge of the Sith make it clear that Anakin and Obi-Wan haven't faced Count Dooku since AOTC. Therefore none of the Filoni Clone Wars happened. The 2003 microseries is the true bridge between AOTC and ROTS, and is much cooler as well.

The Star Wars RPG by West End Games understands the proper atmosphere for Star Wars. Andor does not.

@itkturbokid I remember a really steady sense of anticipation for episode 2 and 3. The 2003 animated series peaked my interest even more. Really the perfect way to create longing for the next part.

ジョージルーカスは1999年から2005年までと6年でEp123を作った。 2年に一回新作映画が来るという当時のスピード感はやはりファンにとっては快適だったよ。(おまけに間にクローン大戦のアニメもあったし)

@JoeT130411 @sw_holocron It was boring. Ahsoka stood with her arms crossed while the plot moved at a snails pace. Sabine was irritating and had a undeserved, inexplicable ascension to force user like rey did. It was actively sexist against the males making them idiots. I liked Rebels, it was a bad sequel

@sw_holocron Good. 1st season was shit anyways. Total girlboss series. Ahsoka is very overrated and is most definitely not even a jedi.

AHSOKA Season 2 has been delayed to early 2027. 2026 will be the first year without a live action Star Wars show since 2019.

@sw_holocron The rot is too deep. Ahsoka was boring nonsense. Girl bosses that survived being impaled by lightsabre gained force powers, male strategic geniuses become brain dead idiots for plot contrivance reasons. Does anyone care what Dave Filoni's fan fiction character does next?

@GameLoreDash It's one of the things that bugs me the most. It'll turn out all 3000 jedi aside from the few confirmed kills at the temple survived under Filoni's watch, and his fan fiction character Ahsoka was the real one to bring balance to the force. Star wars ended in 2005.

@EzraCubero You're such a corporate stooge to think that online outrage guides anything Disney does. TLJ was an unmitigated disaster. They cancelled the toy line after the 2nd wave, which was unprecedented. It was trash mascot fodder, and no one liked the porgs. TROS was just damage control.

@StarWarsDaily_ It's horrible. The only thing worse than that is when they do it with the likeness of a dead actor.

@rierikawaii I share your point of view. The 6 main episodic films and 2003 animated clone wars is as good as it got. Though I did like Rebels as a show.

@TSoS_ I think that most fans walking out last jedi were done. Kenobi & Ahsoka were badly written, but worse; they were boring. The animated series have this weird tone with no likeable characters & I don't know anyone who cares about Mando & Grogu. Sadly, It'll all die like star trek

I wholeheartedly believe that Rise of Skywalker killed any interest in the theatrical side of Star Wars, but The Mandalorian Seasons 1 & 2 kept it afloat for 2 more years until in the span of about a year, Book of Boba Fett, Kenobi & Mando Season 3 destroyed any goodwill the TV shows had left. You can see less and less people watching Kenobi in the span of its very short season, only coming back for the big Vader fight at the end. Following in the footsteps of that show and the Book of Boba Fett at the start of the year, Andor had considerably lower viewership because people just weren't sure if it would be worth it, but the series did recover by the end because people spread the word how brilliant it was. Ahsoka started strong, but with the two premiere episodes being so incredibly boring, people just dropped it fairly quickly; only half the audience came back for its third episode and the show never recovered from that. Then there's the obvious disaster that is The Acolyte; a Star Wars show that almost no one tuned in for and that didn't even make it into Nielsen's Top 10 most of the time. It truly makes me wonder how The Mandalorian and Grogu will fare at the box office this month; the first Star Wars movie in 7 years, a sequel film to a TV series released 3 years after its last Season and 6 years after the peak the show is remembered for. Is the power of Baby Yoda enough to make people come back to Star Wars?
