When LeBron didn't match those MJ and Kobe ring counts despite having more time and more "superteams," the conversation shifted toward things like "all time scoring," "total rebounds," and "longevity" to keep him in the mix.

The Lakers are again asking 41-year-old LeBron James to put the entire team on his back. Is this fair to a 41-year-old ??? Of course not. But the GOAT never complains.

@Chase_Senior @BostonScott2 Great Cheerleader Coach with very talented roster. When his coordinators are top notch team does well when they are not the team underachieves

@BostonScott2 Legitimately curious from your standpoint: How have the Eagles had so much success under Sirianni? It can't just be because of talent. Is he a good *head coach* / *CEO head coach* but not a good play-caller / play designer?

Stafford was a massive loser and under achiever who held Calvin Johnson and Suh back from rings in Detroit
FantasyConsulting@FantConsulting

@Jarv365 He will follow the Matt Stafford career path. If you couldn’t tell Stafford could play ball in Detroit even with all the losses why talk to you about football? Apply same to Herbert

There will never be a prove it year for Justin Herbert. He will throw the ball with velocity, achieve nothing, and have dickriders forever.

@shendy456 MJ was the primary ball handler in the 1988-89 season for a 24 game stretch. Avg 30.4 ppg, 10.7 ast, 9.2 rebs. Recorded 12 triple doubles in those 24 games. MJ could have easily been a stat padder. Instead he played his role which led to more winning than padded stats.

UncoveringTheTruth (commentary)
MJ fans love talking about scoring titles when that's the ONLY thing he was ever asked to do. Meanwhile LeBron did this against the greatest regular season team we've ever seen (would've been called the greatest TEAM ever if Bron didn't go nuclear in games 5-7) in the NBA FINALS.

No, the league is now global, the players are bigger, faster, stronger and the style of play is unforgiving on the bodies. 90s nba compared to this brand of basketball was a joke
Joel@co0pgoesVr00m

@hawk_1914 @jasonrmcintyre Some of us watched the 80/90/early 2000s that. They just aren't built that way anymore, giant contracts have made them soft

Putting LeBron ahead of Jordan is like putting Emmitt Smith above Walter Payton - not even close to better just played longer 🤷‍♂️

@theblockspot Bill played in a 8-10 team league with most of the talent not allowed to play in it. It is okay to acknowledge the facts and use common sense

There is no way LeBron isn't the best player of all time Who else can be a serviceable NBA player at 41 years old let alone a star He's averaged 20 PPG for 23 years straight lmao Just ridiculous

@BFW You don’t have to pretend. He is not better than Michael Jordan period. Longevity does not equal better. Now why can’t you guys just be happy with the best 2-4 range? Nothing wrong with that at all.

@BreidenFehoko They drafted the best player in the NCAA. Feels like a smart move. Sometimes you just have to pay up and lock up the elite talent.
