The real answer depends on your roster. But there is a wrinkle. Contender? Pickens produces now. 93-1429-9 in 2025. Elite offense. But his own team will not sign him long term yet. That hesitation means something. Rebuild? McMillan is the easier hold. Age 23. Offensive Rookie of the Year. Bryce Young ascending. Locked in. No drama. Pickens is the better asset today. McMillan is the cleaner dynasty bet.
