The butterfly effect of Day 1 gotta be studied. If Roman Reigns doesn’t get sick? - Does Big E stay WWE Champion? - Does Big E not end up on SmackDown and get injured? - We do NOT get Bobby Lashley vs. Brock Lesnar or Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble - Do the WWE and Universal Title get unified? - If the titles don’t get unified, do we get the current WHC? - Do we get the current Women’s titles? Or a WWE Women’s and a Women’s Universal Title? Like it’s CRAZY what Roman Reigns going down meant for the future of WWE after that.
