I made a video on Black Ops 2 of the whole copy emblem method showing everyone how to do it, which I stumbled across a couple inappropriate emblems including nudity ones. I didn't end up getting copyright striked or my video didn't end up getting taken down. I think it's because YouTube knows we had no idea that those emblems were gonna pop up which it's not under our control, it's mainly those weirdos that keep making those emblems & half the times when we make videos showing how to do methods & let's say we come across something like that but had no idea that emblem would pop up, I think that's where YouTube knows it's not our fault, we basically had no idea. In order words, I think you're safe.

if i hover over the nude emblems on bo2 can i post it on youtube without being copyright striked?
