For clarification the graduate mothers' scheme was enacted in 1984 while the voluntary sterilisation act was enacted in 1970, later changed to voluntary sterilisation act 1974 in that year, which was overseen by, a five man panel called, wait for it the eugenics board.

This of course refers to the infamous graduates mothers' scheme which encouraged graduates, who were overwhelmingly chinese, to get pregnant. Those who were considered uneducated, mostly minorities, but especially malay women, were given cash to get sterilised.

Results from yesterday's Ultra Ball League at Fernvale CC. Lucario takes the win this time around! This time it's Rocket's Mewtwo that had the most points scorers (that we know of) in the UBL event, but Raging Bolt is still up there too. More Lucarios did well yesterday too.

Our first Ultra Ball League for season 3 happened today, 300 players, new rotation as well! Marnie's Grimmsnarl won the event. Managed to find most of the Top 128 decks, 15 still unkown at the moment. Raging Bolt, Alakazam and straight Dragapult the 3 most represented in T128.
