@dannypostma It is extremely hard to get a refund. I contacted customer service multiple times.

Why are people like this? We offer a fully automated refund system at HeadshotPro, no questions asked. Yet, folks still dispute. Funnily, most of them upload garbage, or break ToS. Anyone here have experience how to bring this down even further?

@JOpolsky Yes! And when they put the pen down … a good sign to stop talking!

I love that Ontario courts are effectively all electronic now. But I miss being able to watch for the judge's pen taking notes. You could learn so much by whether and how fast that pen was moving.

@dannypostma Tried this and was very disappointed. I identified my ethnicity and ended up with pictures that fell into stereotypes (Indian earrings and shawls) rather than professional headshots. All of the pictures felt off. No response on customer service to try again.
