And hey, it's not like Venom/Let There Be Carnage had PARTICULARLY great writing (story, Eddie and Venom CARRIED those movies) they were popular because it was "Venom" Anyone who's actually a fan of the Morbius character from the comics would tell you he was pretty damn on point

I truly, TRULY believe that Morbius 2 with good marketing, writing and CGI, could rival Venom It's not like Sony dosen't have the money

Okay, so, I love Morbius, unironically one of my favourite movies I believe a sequel is deserved (with better writing and CGI) due to the fact that it made DOUBLE it's budget so considering it a "flop" is not really the right term, more like "mediocre"
