Following the latest announcement, Midas has updated the mFARM price and completed the first batch of redemption requests.

Dear mFARM Community, Recent days have seen a series of DeFi hacks, liquidations, and exploits. mFARM has $1.09M lent into the Silo sUSDX · USDC market (ID 127 on Arbitrum) and is currently unable to withdraw it. In the worst case, this $1.09M could become a total loss as bad debt. Farm Capital is actively pursuing sUSDX restoration and will do everything possible to recover the funds. From day one, Farm Capital has been committed to taking responsibility and prioritizing the interests of mFARM holders. Accordingly, Farm Capital will cover more than 50% of the bad debt. A significant portion of this coverage has already been transferred via OTC, as shown here: arbiscan.io/tx/0x3beb36fc3… The mFARM price will be updated within the next 48 hours, after which redemptions will resume normally. If you are looping mFARM/USDC on Euler or Morpho, please monitor your health ratio and liquidation price closely to avoid liquidation following the mFARM price adjustment. Farm Capital appreciates the unwavering support from mFARM holders and Midas throughout this process. We will share further updates with the community as they become available.

mFARM has zero direct or indirect exposure to Stream Finance, Balancer, or Elixir, and mFARM has not suffered any losses due to recent DeFi hack exploits or liquidation events. mFARM currently maintains over $5M in liquidity buffer to facilitate instant redemptions.

The Farm Capital team is aware of the Balancer exploit incident and wants to confirm that the Midas mFARM vault had no exposure to Balancer v2 and is not affected.
