I often speak of Love, but trust and know that there is a purpose and a place for the darker emotions & phases of your life. Suffering acts as a spiritual alarm clock, ringing louder and louder until it wakes you up to finding the truth of your Self. You are not being punished for anything, and it is a normal part of a human existence - nothing is wrong with you. You have simply slipped into an unconscious identification with ego, which you are not, and need waking up to conscious Presence of your True Self again. It takes no time to be conscious Here and Now and begin releasing limiting beliefs & ego with Presence & Mindfulness practice. This is because you are already & always Here and Now. Daily meditation and a default state of mindfulness accelerates this process. This life here can be immensely difficult and going easy on yourself is so important. It is by experiencing what we do not want that we have greater clarity for what it is we do want, and get the urgency to find it. We realize we do not want fear, we want love. The good news is, freedom is possible, and it is found in the present moment knowing of your own Self as present conscious awareness. It is found in the release of ego and fear. In releasing the darkness of ego, you reveal the nature of your Self to be full of light, joy, and peace. Your Self has all the love you need. I have suffered immensely in my life and there were times I thought it would never end. But if I had of gave up, I would have been preventing the world from receiving the love I am now able to give. I now have immense gratitude for my suffering, because it led me to freedom from it. I urge you to please continue - one step at a time. You have the strength, I promise you. You are never alone, you have me and many others to help guide you. I could no less forsake and forget you than I could my own Self. Things work out in miraculous ways - believe that. You are unconditionally loved by all of the Universe - and you will soon remember that in the remembering your Self. Take my hand and walk with me. I am no different from you in Truth. Story of my life. The End. 😂

When I was an alcoholic on the standard American diet…had pancreatitis, heart problems and kidney failure… I followed a bunch of tough love, no bullshit people that triggered me and pissed me off… But inside I knew it was what I needed to hear. After my NDE I worked relentlessly and lost 65 pounds, got off ALL medications and made the most dramatic reversal my doctor - and the lab - had ever seen. To the point they thought something was wrong with the tests lol. I did it all natural. So I apologize if I am blunt sometimes…I am very passionate about this stuff. I hate to see people poisoned and want everyone to realize their true human potential! God has given us everything we need to do anything we can imagine 🌎 🔥💪

Individuation and self-actualization, our spiritual revolution.

There is a quiet alchemy happening within you, far beyond what the eyes can see. Every thought you choose… every moment you pause to notice beauty, gratitude, or grace… is like lighting a small candle in the vast cathedral of your mind. And over time, those candles begin to illuminate new pathways. Science calls it neuroplasticity, the brain reshaping itself, forming new connections, learning where to go next. But there is something deeper at play. It is as if your soul gently guides your awareness, whispering: “Look here… there is light.” And the more you listen, the more your inner world begins to reorganise around that frequency. What you focus on does not just change your thoughts… It changes your perception. Your energy. Your reality. You begin to see synchronicities where there was once randomness… Opportunities where there was once lack… Meaning where there was once confusion. It becomes a sacred feedback loop. You notice the good Your mind learns to seek it Your spirit expands to hold more of it Until one day, you realise… you are no longer searching for the light… You have become a vessel for it.
