Has anyone had experience/ success using these white rollers for Canola ? A&I Products, for JD1910 commodity cart.

@TeasdaleAg What are you controlling your aircart with? AgLeader or a stand alone system. How many sections are you controlling?

After a trial of TurnPath we ended up giving it a go. Worked well to improve the consistency of our turns, it was pretty tight to turn on 120' but skip rowing was great. Section control calculated a saving of 2.7% which should well and truly pay for itself over its life

The dust has settled on sowing for the moment. After some teething and setup issues we've been impressed by the new setup. The Xerion was very efficient, Boss bar was bulletproof, Simplicity gave us lots of capacity and Liquid Systems should give a boost to late germinating crops

@brendanw59 I couldn’t work out what I was looking for to start with ……. I can’t get my section control working, so I can’t see my tractor going driverless in the near future !!!!!

@theGRDC I think this could be a national project. Seeing these issues in the Southern Regions.

@FarmMile I reckon you will find someone in Boganalaide who will be able to do it. Easy access on that one so straightforward.

JCB was left in paddock for a couple of nights. Went to load & someone has cut a hole in tank to remove the fuel.

@DanielSMatthews We are only 45ish minutes from Adelaide, could be anyone. No idea who & not worth the time trying to work it out. Did a police report, but there is nothing they can do in these circumstances.

@FarmMile There is a guy down in the southern suburbs who is really good with welding up poly fuel tanks, Emmett's use him to adjust our vineyard tractor tanks, might be worth giving them a call

@colbert_marty Didn’t know if it could be poly welded ? I was thinking the oils (diesel) would inhibit the welding !

@FarmMile Poly weld it up for you for free if you get it close to a hill.

@richard_fabry There’s a screen in the filler that you can’t get out. Couldn’t get there sucker through I assume, so cut a hole in it. Not the fuel that bothers me, replacing/ fixing the tank that’s annoying.

@FarmMile What a PITA! Couldn’t just undo a hose or get it out the top to make it less painful 🤦‍♂️

@Ashley_Jacobs92 @WheatWatcher I would disagree with this comment. I believe that our biggest gains have been in our light sandy, dune/swale soils. Yes it has done falls with pests and wet seeding conditions. Stripper good for helping with snail control.

@WheatWatcher It has its fit. Running a strip and disc system. The biggest gains are on heavy soil in warm growing environments, especially any system with fallows involved. Shading, mice, snails, wet seeding conditions are all issues.

What’s your views on stripper stubble?

@agrobaz @agromick82 Baz, how viable do you think the seeds on these plants would be ?

@agrobaz We’ve done a Gly 4l + DropZone 2l with a DK of Para + Diquat + Voraxor + Hasten. Seems to have done a reasonable job. Still some green in the lower large stems. @agromick82

Checking double knock jobs 3-4 weeks after 2nd pass of Paraquat voraxor (on known Paraquat resistant fleabane). From my obs voraxor is not a single pass option like I’ve heard it promoted. Still a strong spike though 👌
