Robotic Dairy Farm Manawatu

@LelyHolding @DairyRobot please please change the M4Use settings so that more than 20L can be collected before the alarm goes off (& further calf milk then goes down the drain)! We have a 200L collection container - 20L is hopeless. 🙏

@NzFubar American dairy farms have the option to use rbST (artificial growth hormone) 🤢. It increases milk production by 10-25%. It is not permitted for use in NZ. I'd like to know if this is rbST free and GMO free (eg the cows feed) - even so I'll always choose NZ dairy.

For those that are rushing out to buy this American imported butter in order to save 24 cents… These cows are most likely from Tie Stall barns, limited to a 1.2x1.8 metre cage, tied up and fed grain only… is it really worth the 24 cent saving?

@MarkHubbard33 @craig_farndale @Fonterra Unfortunately our best artisan cheese maker in the Manawatu passed away a couple of years ago. He took most of his cheesemaking secrets with him.

I'm more wondering as they take it further and further away from natural what it's doing to my health. I'd rather just pay more and have a healthy natural cheese, not a plastic cheese full of shit. At least give me the option. I guess it's pay more and go to the artisan cheesemakers.

A few of her girlfriends did - remember she has lost everything. It's not unusual for someone to lose their home & possessions to have friends set up a givealittle.
