A highlight of this year’s @WSteakChallenge was a visit to Redmond’s Angus Beef farm to learn about carbon efficient beef production, Ireland’s verified Grass Fed Beef and our national sustainability programme, @OriginGreen. Delicious local treats provided by @TasteWexford_.
